These contract terms outline the mutual understanding between Suma Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and our clients regarding services, deliverables, responsibilities, and legal considerations. By entering into a service agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
All services, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined in the project proposal or work agreement. Any changes or additions must be approved in writing by both parties and may incur additional charges.
Payments are to be made as per the schedule outlined in the agreement. Delayed payments may result in work suspension, late fees, or project termination.
The client must provide timely access, decisions, feedback, and required materials to facilitate smooth project progress. Failure to do so may affect the agreed timelines.
Design or construction revisions are limited to what is mentioned in the contract. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may be billed separately.
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice under specific conditions. Refunds or outstanding payments will be processed according to the work completed up to the termination date.
Suma Ventures is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, client inaction, or unforeseen circumstances. Limited warranties may apply to certain products or services and will be mentioned in the respective agreements.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including design concepts, pricing, and client details, unless legally required to disclose such information.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
