Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request to cancel a project or service in writing. Cancellations made after the design phase has begun may be subject to partial charges based on the work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Any payment made toward design consultations, concept development, or site visits is non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Design fees, consultation charges, and costs for custom materials or third-party products already procured are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Cancellation by Company

Suma Ventures reserves the right to cancel services in case of non-cooperation, delayed payments, or unforeseen project constraints. In such cases, applicable refunds (if any) will be communicated.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original method of payment or as agreed upon.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, legal restrictions, or public emergencies.
